Returns & Replacement Policy

We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on Gems and Gems within 7 days of delivery of the order. We only ask that you do not use the product and keep its original condition, labels, and packaging. You are welcome to try a product, but please take appropriate measures to preserve its condition.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (eg, the gem must be packed in the original gem box).

This policy is registered with the tax authorities, legal agencies and no refunds will be made in the absence of the original invoice with the company seal. No other communication on this subject will be accepted if a document is missing. For legal compliance, we must submit the original invoice as proof of reimbursement. We ask that you keep your documents in a safe place.

What is not refunded?

  • Shipping, handling and appraisal charges (If applicable).
  • Labor charges for making of rings/ pendants if any.
  • On Domestic Returns from Pakistan there will be a deduction of 3% on order value that accounts for the GST.
  • Card Charges/ Payment Gateway charges that you pay to the merchant/bank to process your order.

Eligibility for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Gems and Gems team.
  3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
  4. Return Policy on Loose Gemstone there will be a deduction of 30%.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry and Loose Gemstones Customized Into Jewelry:

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot become for cash. You’ll be able to but, request a store credit, price 75% of your invoice value, to be used against future purchases on our website.

No return/ refund/ exchange if the original invoice and certification are missing. These have to be given in original as per directives of the law due to the precious nature of these goods and involvement of foreign currency etc.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges, VAT and duties aren’t refundable.
  • The return courier cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment entrance charges, if applicable, won’t be refunded
  • In addition, any extra laboratory certificate which will are ordered aside from the free together with the stone, shall not be refunded within the comeback payment.
  • Returns can take 7-10 business days to method (from the receiving date of the merchandise at our address). Please note that the MasterCard Company / banks could take another week to replicate that in your account.
